Floating Dock Kit Warranty

Pond King Floating Dock Kits are designed for use on ponds or small lakes with stable water levels, moderate winds, and minimal waves. When installed according to the instructions:

• Aluminum Frame & Welds: Covered for 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship.

• TimberTech Decking: Backed by TimberTech’s 25-year limited residential warranty.

• Floats: Encapsulated polyethylene floats with UV protection are covered for 15 years against material defects.

Important: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, environmental conditions outside those listed, or normal wear and tear. Pond King’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of defective components at our discretion.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, accident, unauthorized modification or alteration, or normal wear and tear. Any modification or alteration of the Product by the purchaser or any third party without prior written approval from Pond King shall void this warranty in its entirety.

Additionally, any modifications, customizations, or special requests made by or at the direction of the purchaser that fall outside Pond King’s standard manufacturing specifications or intended use of the Product are performed at the purchaser’s sole risk and are not covered under this warranty.

Modification & Performance Disclaimer:
Pond King shall not be responsible or liable for any damage, failure, or reduction in performance of the Product resulting from any modification, alteration, or customization made after purchase or requested by the purchaser outside of standard manufacturing specifications. Any such modifications are made at the purchaser’s sole risk, and Pond King assumes no liability for the performance or safety of Products that have been modified or customized beyond their intended design.
