Steel and Aluminum Framed Floating Dock Warranty

At Pond King, we take pride in crafting high-quality floating docks designed for durability and longevity. Our assembled floating docks are constructed using premium materials to ensure lasting performance.

Decking Warranty:
We use TimberTech® Decking, engineered to resist cracking, splitting, splintering, and rot. TimberTech decking is backed by a 25-year limited residential warranty and a 15-year commercial warranty. Decking is available in three colors: Coconut Husk (cedar-like), Dark Cocoa (deep brown), and Sea Salt Gray.

Frame and Weld Warranty:
Our docks feature hot-dipped galvanized fasteners and high-quality components, allowing us to provide a 10-year residential warranty and a 5-year commercial warranty on all Pond King steel and aluminum frames and welds.

Float Warranty:
Pond King floats are made from encapsulated polyethylene with UV inhibitors and are backed by a 15-year warranty.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, accident, unauthorized modification or alteration, or normal wear and tear. Any modification or alteration of the Product by the purchaser or any third party without prior written approval from Pond King shall void this warranty in its entirety.

Additionally, any modifications, customizations, or special requests made by or at the direction of the purchaser that fall outside Pond King’s standard manufacturing specifications or intended use of the Product are performed at the purchaser’s sole risk and are not covered under this warranty.

Accessories or components not manufactured by Pond King are covered only by the respective manufacturer’s warranty.

Modification & Performance Disclaimer:
Pond King shall not be responsible or liable for any damage, failure, or reduction in performance of the Product resulting from any modification, alteration, or customization made after purchase or requested by the purchaser outside of standard manufacturing specifications. Any such modifications are made at the purchaser’s sole risk, and Pond King assumes no liability for the performance or safety of Products that have been modified or customized beyond their intended design.

Custom and Non-Standard Installations:
For custom-built or non-standard dock installations, we offer up to a 1-year warranty to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
