Steel and Aluminum Framed Floating Dock Warranty

At Pond King, we take pride in crafting high-quality floating docks designed for durability and longevity. Our assembled floating docks are constructed using premium materials to ensure lasting performance.

We use TimberTech Decking, which resists cracking, splitting, splintering, and rot. This decking comes with a 25-year limited warranty for residential use and a 15-year warranty for commercial applications. It is available in three color options: Coconut Husk (a cedar-like hue), Dark Cocoa (a deep brown), and Sea Salt Gray.

Our docks are built with hot-dipped galvanized fasteners and other top-tier components, allowing us to offer a 10-year residential warranty and a 5-year commercial warranty on all Pond King steel and aluminum frames and welds. Additionally, our Floats, featuring an encapsulated polyethylene shell with UV inhibitors, are backed by a 15-year warranty.

We stand firmly behind our products and materials. However, our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or acts of nature (including storms, wind, and flooding).

For non-standard installations and custom-built docks, we offer up to a 1-year warranty to ensure quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
