There are two tabs on the back of the Tempress ProBax seats. Sometimes it’s possible the top piece gets off track and on top of the tab instead of below it and will cause that side of the seat to lean back farther. The tab isn’t in the right place to stop it from doing that.
To remedy, gently adjust the top piece to move it back into place below the tab.
Once the piece is back in place, it should operate properly.
