I hit the test button and the feeder goes off, but it’s not going off at its programmed times.

Solution 1

Make sure the times are set correctly (am/pm)

Solution 2

Change out the AA batteries on the timer. Those are responsible for holding the memory on the timer.

Solution 3

Replace the timer.
