I push the test button on the timer, and the red light comes on, but it doesn’t spin.

The red light always comes on while the motor is engaged.

Reach down inside the feeder and check the throwplate/shaft and make sure it spins freely. It may be clogged and need to have the clog removed. Remove clog and try again.

Check the charge on the battery. It may not have enough juice to spin the throwplate. If the battery is bad, replace the battery.
