The timer is faulty and needs to be replaced. If it’s within the 5 year warranty period, please contact us. As long as it doesn’t have any signs of damage or misuse (water damage, corrosion, etc.), we will be able to swap it out for you. We would pay for shipping the new one to you if you’ll pay for shipping the old one back to us.
